WIGS & TOPPERS ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

Here at Tina's Golden Comb we fully understand that shopping for the perfect wig can be a challenge, especially online. At times a customer receives their wig and may find it not suitable. This could be due to style, colour choice or size.

When you receive your wig, it is very important to handle it carefully until you are sure it will work for you. Please do not remove any tags until you are 100% happy and certain you are keeping the wig.

 

If you are not happy with the product for any reason, please notify us immediately by email (tinasgoldencomb@gmail.com) or telephone (1 - 613 - 345 - 3383), so that we may begin the process of finding you a replacement or provide a refund as quickly as possible. You have 10 days from the date you received the product to return it to us.

Also, please keep in mind not all products are eligible for return as per the details below:

• Unworn

• Unaltered

• Tags Attached

• In its original box, wrapping, net, etc.

• Original invoice to accompany return

​Ineligible Products -

​

• Clearance Items (always a final sale)

• Discontinued Items (always a final sale)

• Care and Accessory Products, Liquids, Brushes, etc.

You are responsible for all shipping charges when returning a product or sending it back for exchange. It is mandatory that you send it with a signature confirmation for tracking purposes.

Once Tina's Golden Comb receives your return, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

WIGS & TOPPERS IN-STORE RETURN POLICY:

 

In-store shopping Return Policies follow our same Online shopping Return Policies, as Wigs & Toppers will be Eligible or Ineligible following the same criteria. See above for Eligible and Ineligible product details information.

WIG CONSULTATION POLICY:

If you received a Wig Consultation, the Consultation Price ($30) is removed from Total Price upon purchase of a Wig. Please note as a part of this policy - the Consultation Price ($30) will be deducted from any Refunds upon Return.
